Naylam Selects Manta ANN

Naylam, a provider of luxury VIP transportation services, intends to acquire 10 four-seat Manta ANN Plus hybrid-electric vertical/short takeoff and landing aircraft. In a July 13 press release, Manta Aircraft of Sesto Calende, Italy, cited the long-range performance for regional operations and the low cost of ownership as reasons for the sale. The two companies will collaborate on developing specific business cases for the aircraft, which are expected to be delivered in 2026–2027. The order is the second for Manta in recent months; in May, Manta announced that the Italian firm Avionord had placed an order for up to 15 ANN aircraft.
